In this Return Policy: “We” refers to Identity; “Products” refers to the products listed on our Identity App; “Contract” refers to the contract between you and us relating to the sale of the Products via our app. Each time you purchase one or more Products via our app, you enter into a Contract with us. If you purchase multiple Products in a single order to be delivered to the same address, the Contract will include all the Products mentioned in that order. If you order Products to be delivered to different addresses, a separate Contract will be concluded for each delivery address, and each Contract will include all Products delivered to the respective address.

 

Our production process is based on craftsmanship, with careful manual processing of the leather to guarantee excellent quality footwear. However, taking into account the peculiarities of this process, we would like to inform you that orders can be canceled within one hour of their receipt. Once this time limit has been exceeded, the production process has already started, therefore cancellation will not be possible. In the event that you still wish to proceed with the cancellation of the order, the company reserves the right to withhold 25% of the amount as the cost of processing already started."
